We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Thang! From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, and professional. He was always willing to help, explained everything clearly, and made our experience so much more special and memorable. Thang is very knowledgeable about the local culture and the places we visited, but what truly made the difference was his amazing personality. He made us feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire tour. Having Thang as our guide felt like much more than just having a tour guide — it felt like exploring the destination with a friend. We highly recommend Thang! Second time booking Thang as our tour guide in Vietnam! 10/10 service! The first time we toured around Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue. This time we travelled to Phu Quoc island, Hanoi, Sapa, and Ninh Binh. We got to see a lot of historical and beautiful locations. He did a great job of translating in both English and Vietnamese for our huge 20+ people group, and in Chinese at times for other tourists. We had some issues with the rainy weather, but he came up with great alternative things to do. Can’t wait to travel around Vietnam with Thang again!
